A Starter site usually takes around 2 weeks, Growth packages 3–4 weeks, and larger custom or ecommerce builds anywhere from 6–10 weeks depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back to us.
Yes. Most of our communication happens over call and email, so time zones rarely cause a problem — we simply build check-ins around what works for you.
Just your goals, any brand assets you already have (logo, colours, existing content) and examples of sites or brands you like. We'll guide you through the rest.

Most projects run on a 50% deposit to start and 50% on completion. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments — we'll agree this upfront in the proposal.
Only if you choose our hosting or maintenance add-ons. Your website is yours to keep and host anywhere once it's delivered — there's no obligation to stay with us for hosting.
Support Maintenance
After Launch
Every package includes a post-launch support window (30–60 days depending on the package) covering bug fixes at no extra cost. After that, support is available on a pay-as-you-go or monthly retainer basis.
Yes — Growth and Enterprise packages include a CMS setup with a short training session, so your team can update text and images without needing a developer.
Yes, our SEO and Content Writing services run as ongoing monthly retainers alongside any website package.
